Board of Directors
The affairs of the Beachton Place Homeowners Association shall be managed by an elected Board of Directors consisting of a President, a First Vice President, a Second Vice President, a Treasurer, and a Secretary. The Bylaws of Beachton Place Homeowners' Association detail the nomination and election of the Directors as well as their powers and duties. All Board of Directors members have signed the Beachton Place Board Code of Conduct.
