Beachton Place is a residential community nestled in a quiet natural setting located in (Grady County) Thomasville, Georgia. We are just 5 miles north of the Florida/Georgia state line. Our entrance is on Meridian Road near the junction of GA 93. 

The Beachton Place Homeowners' Association, Inc. is a non-profit Georgia Corporation that promotes the recreation, health, safety, welfare and enjoyment of the homeowners within the community. The community is governed by registered Covenants and managed by an active Board of Directors.
