The affairs of the Beachton Place Homeowners Association shall be managed by an elected Board of Directors consisting of a President, a First Vice President, a Second Vice President, a Treasurer, and a Secretary. The Bylaws of Beachton Place Homeowners' Association detail the nomination and election of the Directors as well as their powers and duties.
